Students will research and analyze quotes, topics, and themes. Students will make connections and create a story. Students will practice storytelling and enhance their presentation skills. Select a quote, topic, or theme of your choice and connect it to your life or the world. Tell a story that coincides with your quote or theme. Bring the literature to life when presenting. Your story should be typed, double spaced, and at least one page. The performance should be 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. A timer will be used. Rubric: 200 Points Heading - Name and Title -12 inch font - Quote, Topic, or Theme Connection: 25 Points -Typed, Double Spaced, and Organization: 25 Points -Grammar: 25 Points -Length: 25 Points Presentation: 100 Points
